These are more generally known as Lapel or Hat pins. Minimum orders of 100 apply to metal badges with very competitive prices. All of the most common  processes listed below fall under the category of Metal Badges, but there are several other processes not listed:

CLOISSONE or HARD ENAMEL badges are made by stamping or etching a design into a metal blank and then filling with coloured enamel which is then fired in a kiln. These generally do not have a lacquer dome applied and is the oldest form of enamel badges.

STAMPED SOFT ENAMEL badges are made by stamping or etching a design into a metal blank and then filling with coloured 'soft' enamel (i.e. enamel paint) and usually has a lacquer dome applied.

OFFSET PRINTED badges are another form of metal badges and this process can be used if the design of the badge is small or too complex for enamel processes. These generally have a lacquered dome applied.

CUBIC badges are also generally the colour of the base metal or plating colour but are made with a cubic or '3D' die. The design is generally 'contoured' to give a 3 dimensional appearance.

All of the above processes can also be applied to the manufacture of Key Rings.

For a free no-obligation quote, Email your design in Jpeg, EPS or PDF format along with size & quantity required and which process you would prefer. Depending on your design, some processes will not be possible. We always use the most cost effective manufacturing process that suits your needs and the design of the badge.
